Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Product Nature

Since Jeenash Store offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Reels, Courses, E-books), we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product access link is sent or visible in your dashboard.

2. Refund Exceptions

While digital sales are generally final, we do honor refund requests in the following specific scenarios:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the second transaction.
• Technical Failure: If the file provided is proven to be corrupted or the access link is broken, and our support team cannot provide a fix within 72 hours of reporting.
• Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the access link/dashboard update within 24 hours of a successful Razorpay payment.

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through Razorpay. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Card). This usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Raising a fraudulent chargeback or dispute for a successfully delivered digital product will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Jeenash Store account and access to all previously purchased resources.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your account at any time. However, cancellation of an account does not entitle you to a refund of any past purchases. Access to paid digital products is tied to your account email; once deleted, access cannot be recovered.
